Over the past few years, we have consolidated a portfolio of institutional-quality properties totaling more than 3 million square meters built and an investment of more than US$3.7 billion, backed by an experienced team.

  • Thor Urbana is founded.
  • Acquisition of land for Lifestyle Centers Calle Corazón, The Shops at 5th and 8th, and The Thompson Hotel & Beach House in Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo.
  • The first vehicle with Canadian investment funds is established.
2013
  • Start of construction on the Lifestyle Center Calle Corazón and Thompson Hotel in Playa del Carmen, Quintana Roo.
  • Acquisition of land for the mixed-use project named The Landmark in Guadalajara, Jalisco.
2014
  • Acquisition of Lifestyles Centers in Altavista 147 and Masaryk 120 in Mexico City.
  • Acquisition of land for mixed-use projects in Lomas Verdes, State of Mexico.

  • Acquisition of Lifestyle Center Marina Puerto Cancún.
  • Start of operations of Hotel Residencias Montage, Lifestyle Centers The Harbor Mérida, The Landmark Guadalajara and Town Square Metepec.
  • Construction began on The Park mixed-use project in San Luis Potosí.
  • The third investment vehicle is placed on the Mexican Stock Exchange.

  • Acquisition of land for the Rivera Nayarit Hotel.
  • Launching of the Caye Chapel project, a private residential community in Belize.

  • Construction began on The Park mixed-use project in San Luis Potosí.
  • Acquisition of the Golf and Beach Club at Marina Puerto Cancun.
  • Start of construction of Hotel and Residences at The Four Seasons Caye Chapel, Belize.
  • Acquisition of land for Scorpios Hotel and Beach Club in Tulum, Quintana Roo.
  • Acquisition of land for the second phase of The Landmark Reserve residential project in Guadalajara, Jalisco.
2021
  • Issuance of the first round of Investment Project Trust Certificates (Certificado Bursátil Fiduciario de Proyectos de Inversión) on the Institutional Stock Exchange (BIVA).
  • Start of construction of The Landmark Reserve residential project.
  • Acquisition of the land for Hotel All Inclusive Arenas in the Mayan Riviera, Quintana Roo.
  • Start of operations of The Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Mexico City.
